The areas of special flood hazard include, but are not limited to, those areas identified by the Federal Insurance Administrator in a scientific and engineering report titled “The Flood Insurance Study for King County, Washington and Incorporated Areas” dated August 19, 2020, with accompanying flood insurance rate maps (FIRMs) dated August 19, 2020, and any revisions thereto, which are adopted by reference and declared to be part of this chapter. Other base flood areas may be determined in accordance with IMC 16.36.210(B). The Flood Insurance Study and accompanying FIRMs are on file at the Issaquah Public Works Engineering Department and available at the permit counter. (Ord. 2915 § 1 (Exh.
